About This Role At Coreblocks, we're building a financial platform designed for One — the individual business owner, creator, or freelancer — rather than viewing users as abstract market segments or balance sheets. People come first, not metrics. You will take complete ownership of scaling our product ecosystem from zero to one, starting with our core licensed foundation and expanding into an agentic financial ecosystem. Working alongside the founders, you'll drive strategic direction with high autonomy while maintaining organizational alignment across all teams.

What You'll Drive

• Zero-to-One Product Delivery: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of regulated financial products, prioritizing rapid value delivery over premature optimization.
• Product & Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and empower a world-class product org. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in data-driven decisions and low-ego collaboration.
• Agentic Banking Architecture: Design an autonomous agent-first financial infrastructure, embedding AI as an operating core rather than treating it as a secondary feature.
• Scope Discipline & Execution: Maintain tight control over delivery schedules under pressure. Deliberately trim scope to protect build quality and hit core licensing milestones on time.
• Regulatory Integration: Treat compliance, licensing, and audit frameworks as core product inputs, turning regulatory constraints into seamless user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the CTO to balance product vision with engineering feasibility and architectural boundaries.
• Organizational Alignment: Serve as the central point of clarity for product vision, translating customer needs and business rationale across all teams.

What We Expect

• Regulated Startup Background: Proven experience launching regulated financial products from scratch in fintech, crypto, custodian, or digital banking spaces. Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks like VARA, MiCA, EMI, or PI.
• Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to navigate continuous delivery setups, remaining decisive amid shifting deadlines, investor expectations, and regulatory changes.
• Agentic System Literacy: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of AI agent architectures, safety guardrails, and deterministic execution on the transaction path.
• Cross-Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity spanning crypto systems, legacy banking infrastructure, and modern fintech platforms.
• Outcome Ownership: Focus on measurable OKRs and business outcomes rather than feature-factory output. High comfort level with autonomy and cross-team collaboration.
• Clear & Convincing Communication: Strong data-backed conviction, ability to reduce ambiguity, and a "disagree and commit" mindset when aligning with corporate direction.
• English Proficiency: Professional-level written and spoken English for seamless global team collaboration.

This Role Is Not For You If

• You want an established product with a massive user base for running A/B tests. We are building strictly from zero.
• You come from traditional enterprise banking where small changes require multi-tier committee approvals.
• You view financial regulations as unnecessary administrative friction rather than foundational product inputs.
• You prefer executing static feature roadmaps over negotiating scope to protect quality and deadlines.

• You need founder permission for every product call. You will be given high autonomy—and the accountability that comes with it.

• Agentic Track Record: Hands-on experience taking live, agent-centric products to market.
