LinkedIn Account Sourcing Specialist

We’re looking for a junior specialist to source LinkedIn accounts for rent, communicate with account owners, and support them throughout the account lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and well-organized.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn.
• English at B1-B2 level.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• 6-12 months of LinkedIn, SDR/BDR, outreach, or sourcing experience is a plus, but not required. We’re open to motivated students and junior candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Source LinkedIn accounts through outreach, referrals, Telegram, communities, and other channels.
• Communicate with account owners, explain the rental process, build trust, and handle objections.
• Agree on rental terms and onboard new accounts.
• Support verification, recovery, replacements, and access-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal spreadsheets.
• Process replies from sourcing campaigns prepared by the Outbound Growth Lead.

Work conditions:

• Remote, part-time, up to 20 hours/week.
• Flexible schedule.
• €5 gross/hour + bonus per successfully sourced account.
• Target: around 10 successfully sourced accounts per month after onboarding.
• Training and operational support provided.
• Stronger candidates with relevant outreach experience may be considered at a higher rate.
