Media Buyer FB (Senior)

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and scaling Meta (Facebook) strategies across multiple GEOs/products in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, funnels, LTV, monetization, and performance metrics (CPA, ROI, NGR, GGR).
• Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, campaign optimization (CBO/ABO), and budget scaling.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, attribution, tracking, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Hands-on experience with Keitaro (or similar TDS), postbacks, reporting, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify scaling opportunities, and optimize based on data.
• Experience with creative strategy, A/B testing, competitor research, and preparing briefs for designers.
• Knowledge of WebView/PWA funnels and traffic quality optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and GEO performance planning.
• Experience with Jira and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Binom, Voluum, or RedTrack.
• Server-side tracking and advanced Conversion API.
• Automation tools and AI for media buying.
• English level B2+

Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale Facebook advertising campaigns
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets
• Analyze campaign performance and improve KPIs
• Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
• Work with tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and affiliate managers
• Research new GEOs, audiences, and scaling opportunities
• Share best practices and improve team processes
