Softsich is an international product technology company that develops scalable digital B2B platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst who will build a systematic web analytics infrastructure from scratch and make the entire user journey, from the first interaction to the target action, fully measurable.

The Senior Web Analyst will be responsible for building and developing the entire web tracking infrastructure. The main goal of the role is to make the funnel measurable, ensure high data quality, and turn analytics into a practical decision-making tool for Marketing and Product teams.

The position is part of the Analytics team and involves close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the web tracking infrastructure, including its architecture, implementation, quality, and further development.
- Build a systematic tracking solution based on GA4, GTM, server-side events, and a proprietary event layer in the DWH.
- Develop and implement a unified UTM-tagging standard across all products, channels, and marketing communications.
- Ensure compliance with tagging standards and maintain high data quality.
- Build transparent funnel analytics.
- Analyse landing page performance, user behaviour, and conversion drop-off points.
- Prioritise issues and analytics initiatives based on their impact on business results.
- Build an A/B testing programme for the web layer.
- Develop experiment design standards, conduct power analysis, and analyse test results.
- Work on experiments related to landing pages, retargeting, and individual funnel elements.
- Develop and improve the traffic channel attribution methodology together with the Marketing Analyst.
- Establish data contracts with the Engineering team to ensure that new features and products are launched with analytics incorporated by design.
- Develop a 12-month tracking strategy, including migration to server-side tracking and preparation for a cookieless environment.
- Generate proactive insights for the Marketing and Product teams.
- Participate in the planning of marketing and product initiatives.

It’s a match if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics.
- Hands-on experience building tracking from scratch or leading a major rebuild of an existing tracking system.
- Advanced knowledge of GA4 and GTM at the architecture level, beyond configuring individual events and tags.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with raw event data in a DWH.
- Experience implementing server-side tracking using server-side GTM, Conversion API, or similar solutions.
- Practical experience conducting A/B tests using sound statistical methodology.
- Understanding of different attribution models, how they work, and their limitations.
- The ability to translate data into specific business decisions rather than simply producing reports and dashboards.
- The ability to present findings clearly, defend a professional point of view, and work effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in verticals with a long funnel leading to a payment event.
- Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-domain environment.
- Understanding of affiliate traffic and its specifics.
- Knowledge of Python and experience using it to automate analytics processes, validate data, or prepare reports.

Personal Qualities:

We are looking for someone who treats web analytics as a product they own and is ready to take responsibility not only for tracking implementation but also for its practical value to the business.

The following qualities are important for this role:
- A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to initiate improvements independently.
- Genuine interest in the final business outcome.
- The ability to identify systemic issues and propose realistic solutions.
- Openness to constructive feedback.
- The ability to defend a professional position with clear arguments.
- The ability to explain complex technical topics in clear business language.

What we offer:

– Flexible schedule and remote format or offices in Warsaw/Kyiv - you choose.
– 24 paid vacation days, sick leaves, and health insurance (UA-based, other locations in progress).
– A supportive, friendly team where knowledge-sharing is part of the culture.
– Coverage for professional events and learning.
– Birthday greetings, team buildings, and warm human connection beyond work.
– Zero joules of energy to the aggressor state, its affiliated businesses, or partners.

Great analytics doesn’t happen by chance - it’s built by people who turn complex data into clear, measurable business decisions. Send us your CV - we’d love to get to know you better!
