We are looking for you if you have:- Proven experience in behavioral analytics, data analysis, and data visualization (3+ years)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools

Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Integration:
Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure the proper collection and integration of user behavior data
Behavioral Analysis:
Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to analyze user behavior patterns and trends. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure user engagement and satisfaction.
Investigate and present findings related to user adoption, retention, and conversion rates.
Product Improvemenat:
Work closely with product managers and developers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on user behavior insights. Provide data-driven recommendations for new features, enhancements, and A/B tests.
Data Visualization:
Create clear and concise visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Implement automated monitoring systems to track real-time user behavior and provide timely reports on key metrics.
User Segmentation:
Segment users based on their behavior and preferences to support targeted marketing and product personalization efforts.
Hypothesis Testing:
Develop and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate the impact of changes on user behavior.

Твої основні обов’язки:
- Побудова та адміністрування системи веб- та продуктового трекінгу: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, BigQuery та інші інструменти збору даних.
- Створення і підтримка плану відстеження подій (tracking plan), опису параметрів і структурованих dataLayer.
- Налаштування та валідація основних та поведінкових подій користувачів/
- Технічна перевірка лендінгів і промосторінок перед запуском кампаній.
- Забезпечення коректності та повноти даних у всіх джерелах: моніторинг роботи трекінгових систем, виявлення та виправлення помилок.
- Співпраця з розробниками для впровадження трекінгових кодів, скриптів та server-side tracking.
- Створення та підтримка наскрізної аналітики з інтеграцією даних із CRM, рекламних платформ і BI-систем.
- Розробка інтерактивних звітів у Looker Studio.
- Брифування команди PBI на побудову необхідних звітів.
Аналітика поведінки користувачів, воронок та шляхів конверсії (user journeys) на різних етапах воронки продажів, підготовка рекомендацій щодо оптимізації.
Для роботи тобі знадобляться:
- Досвід роботи від 2х років на позиціях Digital/Web Analyst /Technical Marketing Analyst / Data Engineer / BI Analyst / Marketing Data Analyst.
- Глибокі знання Google Analytics 4: налаштування трекінгу, подій, user properties, інтеграції з BigQuery.
- Практичний досвід роботи з Google Tag Manager: створення структури тегів, тригерів і змінних, написання кастомних JS-скриптів.
- Досвід розробки та підтримки tracking plan і роботи з dataLayer.
- Навички налаштування трекінгу для мобільних застосунків (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust) — буде перевагою.
- Досвід інтеграції даних із CRM-системами та рекламними платформами. Володіння інструментам візуалізації даних — Looker Studio Розуміння побудови звітів в Power BI.
- Розуміння моделей атрибуції (last click, data-driven, time decay) та їх застосування у наскрізній аналітиці.
