Payment Manager

We are looking for a proactive Junior Payment Manager to monitor payment performance, investigate transaction issues, support payment integrations, and improve operational processes through data and reporting.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and unfamiliar systems, and able to investigate problems, identify root causes, and turn complex processes into practical solutions. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is eager to learn and develop in the payments domain.

Responsibilities
 

• Monitor payment conversion and identify abnormal deviations.
• Investigate payment issues and respond to merchant and payer inquiries.
• Support payment method and partner integrations together with IT teams.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and operational reports.
• Communicate with payment partners and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, systems, and reporting.
• Support other payment-related operational activities.

Requirements
 

• 1+ years of experience in Big 4, fintech, financial services, or another structured corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simplify processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Would be a plus
 

• Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn it.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, or integrations.
