SaaS product, profitable, growth stage. A small American-Ukrainian product team, have few data retrieval services (e.g. VIN lookup) and several psychological tests, quizzes. Working with the US and EU market.

We primarily hire for strong senior engineering roles. People we are sourcing should be able to take complete ownership of their field, according to our company’s culture. We need a person who is able to solve problems in an unconventional way and to change tactics based on their own vision if things slow down or go wrong.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, both tech and non-tech roles, Senior and Lead level positions

- Strong experience with cold sourcing

- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity without/with minimal supervision

- English B2 or higher
