Requirements
- Proven experience leading a payment operations team

- Deep understanding of payment orchestration, fraud prevention, and dispute management

- Experience with multiple payment processors and merchant account models

- Strong analytical skills (auth rate, fraud rate, cost metrics)

- Experience in a hiring manager role for a payment ops team

- English B2+/C1

Responsibilities
- Define and own overall payment strategy across processors, merchant accounts, APM providers

- Manage payments department costs: processing fees, fraud losses, provider fees

- Keep team’s performance good (auth rate, fraud rate, dispute win rate)

- Manage and mentor a team of Operations Specialists (Orchestration, Fraud, APM, Merchant Accounts)

- Make decisions on provider/merchant account portfolio

- Serve as escalation point for high-impact issues (account bans, policy changes, major disputes)

- Report on payments infrastructure health to CEO

• Experience with Creative/Graphic/Motion Design, preferably working with ad creatives.
• Experience with AI tools for video, preferably Creatify or TheBrief or other tools specialized in advertising content.
• Experience working with creatives for Meta Ads
• English B2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identity & Access Management (Core Focus): Administer, configure, and maintain identity platforms (Single Sign-On, Google IdP, SAML 2.0, SCIM).
• SaaS & License Management: Monitor SaaS usage, manage contract renewals, track costs, and optimize software spending across all departments.
• User Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for all team members across the company's tool stack.
• Security Audits: Conduct periodic access reviews to enforce least-privilege security standards.
• Knowledge Base & Drive Hygiene: Structure and maintain internal file environments (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox).
• Workforce Support: Provide L1/L2 IT support, including password resets and access troubleshooting.
• Equipment Logistics: Coordinate shipping, tracking, and retrieval of corporate hardware (laptops, power stations) during onboarding and offboarding, maintaining an accurate inventory of all company devices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT or Cloud Systems Administrator in modern SaaS/cloud environments.
• IdP & IAM Expertise (Must-Have): Strong hands-on administration of JumpCloud (or Okta / Entra ID) and core protocols (SSO, SAML, SCIM).
• Google Workspace Administration: Advanced skills managing workspace security, users, and integrations.
• SaaS & Access Control: Experience with cost tracking, license renewals, and executing routine security audits.
• Data & Support: Strong organizational skills (managing Drive/Notion structures) and a user-focused approach to support.
• English: B2+
