Support Analyst Bootcamp

Intent Solutions Group is launching a Bootcamp for aspiring Support Analysts. This is an opportunity to break into tech support, work with English-speaking clients, and gain practical experience in an international product environment, including a high-security video streaming platform used by leading enterprises worldwide.

What we're looking for

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher
• Strong communication skills
• A willingness to learn and grow in a Support Analyst role
• Adaptability and the ability to stay calm under pressure

What you'll gain

• Hands-on experience supporting an international product and working with English-speaking clients
