We are scaling our cloud infrastructure and looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help us build a stable, automated, and production-ready environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and optimize infrastructure in AWS / GCP
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS / GKS / K3s) in production environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD)
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics / Loki / Grafana)
• Support Linux-based production servers and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers on deployments, scaling, and production reliability
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Advise on cloud security, networking, and high-availability patterns
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in software infrastructure, DevOps, or related role
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Strong experience with AWS or GCP in production
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics / Loki / Grafana)
• Knowledge of Gazebo and ROS is also an asset
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams on deployment and infrastructure automation
• Understanding of cloud networking and security best practices

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Communications Manager to coordinate the company’s PR and communications activities in Ukraine and globally. This role focuses on building strong media relationships, ensuring consistent brand visibility, and supporting business objectives through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry opinion leaders
• Develop high-quality communication materials, including partnership announcements, company news, and product-related content
• Ensure consistent brand presence in media through expert articles, comments, press releases, and podcasts
• Support and execute Government Relations (GR) initiatives
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Communications Manager or PR Manager role
• Proven track record of systematic and effective collaboration with media and opinion leaders
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience preparing PR materials (press releases, articles, editorials, expert commentary)
• Experience with analytical and media monitoring tools (e.g., LOOQME, Determ, CoverageBook)
• Experience in budget management
• Solid understanding of crisis communication and reputation management principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
• Willingness to travel for work when required
• Strategic mindset with a structured approach and strong focus on business outcomes
• Experience in tech or defense-related industries is a strong advantage

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who treats customer success as a personal responsibility. This role is for someone who genuinely cares about users, takes ownership of problems end-to-end, and consistently gets things done. You will work closely with clients, product, and internal teams to ensure our platform delivers real value in critical use cases. This is not a ticket-processing role — it’s about understanding context, anticipating issues, and proactively helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing thoughtful, reliable support via text communication and video calls;
• Conduct product demos for prospective and existing customers, clearly explaining value, functionality, and real-world use cases;
• Take full ownership of client issues: investigate, coordinate internally, and drive problems to resolution;
• Collect, structure, and analyze customer feedback, turning insights into concrete product and process improvements;
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring engagement, trust, and long-term adoption of the product;
• Deeply understand the product and confidently advise users on its functionality, limitations, and best use cases;
• Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, or unmet needs and escalate them with clear recommendations;
• Contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing to continuously improve support quality;
• Create, update, and maintain product training materials for both users and internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or customer success role for a web-based product;
• Solid understanding of how web applications work and comfort discussing technical topics with users;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate incomplete information.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay focused under pressure, and follow tasks through to completion;
• High sense of responsibility and readiness to respond promptly to urgent or critical customer requests;
• Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do and actively look for ways to improve outcomes;
• Ability to clearly explain complex information and guide users with patience and empathy;
• Confident in finding information independently and working with various tools and platforms;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, features, and workflows;
• Ability to represent the product professionally, identify customer needs, and support adoption and upsell when appropriate.

This role sits at the intersection of client success and technical consulting, where your goal is not only to manage relationships but also to help clients fully leverage the product.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients with a focus on technical aspects of the product
• Understand client use cases and translate them into clear technical requirements
• Support clients during integration, onboarding, and ongoing product usage
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams
• Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalations
• Monitor product usage and proactively suggest improvements
• Conduct demos, onboarding sessions, and provide technical guidance
• Ensure transparency on account status, risks, and priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years in Technical Account Management / Customer Success / Technical Support in tech companies
• Strong understanding of technical products (APIs, integrations, systems, infrastructure)
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Upper-intermediate+ English
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in defense / robotics / AI / hardware domains
• Familiarity with real-time systems or data processing
• Willingness to travel and participate in client demos
