We are launching a new iGaming project within an international holding company and are looking for an experienced Head of Acquisition to build and scale the affiliate acquisition direction across Poland, Greece, and Portugal.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a high level of ownership. You will have the opportunity to build the affiliate function from scratch, define the strategy, develop the partner network, and form your own team.

What you’ll do

• Build and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy for Poland, Greece, and Portugal
• Launch and scale the affiliate channel from scratch
• Identify and onboard strong affiliates, SEO partners, webmasters, and media partners
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other commercial models
• Manage partner performance and traffic quality
• Track key metrics: FTD, CPA, NGR, ROI, Retention, and LTV
• Identify opportunities for growth and traffic diversification
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Management
• Build processes, reporting, and the future affiliate team

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Affiliate Marketing / Acquisition within iGaming
• Hands-on experience with Poland, Greece, and/or Portugal
• Existing network of relevant affiliate and SEO partners
• Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs
• Strong understanding of iGaming acquisition metrics and traffic economics
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
• English sufficient for international business communication
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
