Localization Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Localization Manager to keep our multi-brand iGaming sites fully translated and error-free across multiple languages. In this role, you will add new translations to the sites, work with AI translation tools and external contractors, and fix any text issues that come up. If you have localization experience and a sharp eye for detail, we'd love to connect with you.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Ensure all our sites are fully translated across every supported language, with no missing or incomplete content
• Add new translations to the sites and keep localization coverage complete as products and content evolve
• Produce translations using AI translation tools and adapt them for accuracy and readability
• Collect translations from external contractors and add them to the sites
• Coordinate with proofreading contractors to ensure texts on the site are reviewed and polished
• Identify and fix text errors, typos, and inconsistencies across all brands and languages
• Maintain translation quality and consistency using Weblate as the core localization tool
• Monitor the sites regularly to catch missing translations and text issues before they impact users
• Keep localization workflows organized so new content is translated and published quickly

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 1 year of experience in localization, translation management, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Weblate
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for text errors, typos, and inconsistencies
• Ability to work with AI translation tools and adapt output for quality
• Experience coordinating with external contractors and proofreaders
• Comfortable managing multiple languages and localization tracks simultaneously
• Organized, proactive, and able to keep translation coverage complete in a fast-moving environment
• English proficiency: B1+
