We are an international IT company building high-load B2C products in the iGaming industry. Our mission is to deliver outstanding user experiences through innovative technology and data-driven product development.

As our product team continues to grow, we're looking for a Product Manager (Middle+ / Senior) to take ownership of key product initiatives, improve the customer journey, and drive business growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
• Improve key user journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, bonus mechanics, and payment flows.
• Define product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Analyze product performance using metrics such as FTD, Retention, GGR/NGR, Conversion Rate, Payment Success Rate, and Churn, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Analytics, QA, CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, Payments, and Operations.
• Support product launches in new markets by adapting user experience, payment methods, and bonus mechanics to local requirements.
• Ensure high-quality feature delivery through testing, validation, and release management.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the iGaming, Gambling, or Betting industry.
• Hands-on experience with B2C products (B2B experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of player journeys, payment flows, KYC, bonus systems, deposits, withdrawals, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching or scaling Casino and/or Sportsbook products.
• Experience working with Turkey and/or LATAM markets.
• Technical or Business/Economics degree.
