Help build one of Europe’s next generation defence technology brands.

Strix Air is developing scalable counter-UAS and autonomous drone systems for modern warfare.

Our technologies are already used in combat. We are expanding internationally, launching new products and working with defence companies, governments and partners across Europe.

Now we are looking for the person who will build the public voice of Strix Air.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are not looking for someone to optimize advertising campaigns, manage SEO or improve conversion rates.

We are looking for someone who can turn complex engineering into stories people remember.

Someone who knows how to work with journalists, create world-class communication materials, coordinate outstanding videos, and help build a defence technology brand that people recognize and trust.

If you enjoy creating content, working with media and making complicated technologies understandable, we’d love to talk.

What you will do

• define the communication strategy of Strix Air;
• build relationships with Ukrainian and international media;
• write articles, press releases, thought leadership pieces and product stories;
• coordinate interviews, media opportunities and public communications;
• oversee the production of videos, photography and visual content;
• create brochures, product presentations and exhibition materials;
• prepare communication materials for international defence exhibitions and conferences;
• work directly with engineers and product teams to transform technical knowledge into compelling stories;
• coordinate designers, copywriters, photographers and production partners;
• ensure a consistent and premium communication style across every public touchpoint.

What we’re looking for

You probably have experience in PR, journalism, communications or editorial work.

More importantly, you know how to tell stories that people want to read.

You understand how media works.

You can write.

You know what makes a strong article, presentation or product brochure.

You enjoy building things from scratch rather than maintaining existing processes.

Nice to have

• experience in defence, aerospace or deep-tech;
• international media network;
• experience working with video production;
• experience preparing companies for international exhibitions;
• portfolio of articles, campaigns or communication projects.
