🎯 About the Role
MARIEMUR is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to support the timely and efficient launch of new products into production.
The person in this role will coordinate the operational stages of product development, ensure effective collaboration between the Product Development Lead and the Supply Chain team, monitor timelines, and ensure that products are ready for bulk production.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🧩 Product Development Coordination
▫️ Coordinate the operational stages of the product development process.
▫️ Communicate with factories and suppliers regarding product development, samples, specifications, timelines, and production requirements.
▫️ Track the status of each sample and ensure that all development stages are completed on time.
▫️ Plan and coordinate fittings, collect updates, and monitor the implementation of required changes.
▫️ Coordinate the production launch after the final sample has been approved.
🏭 Production Pipeline Management
▫️ Maintain the product development calendar and monitor deadlines.
▫️ Identify and resolve potential delays and production risks.
▫️ Coordinate product inspections.
▫️ Monitor production readiness before launch.
▫️ Ensure the timely handover of approved products to the Supply Chain team.
📊 Costing and Sourcing
▫️ Collect product costing from manufacturers and monitor alignment with the agreed target cost.
▫️ Request and track prices, MOQs, lead times, samples, and technical specifications.
▫️ Source materials, trims, hardware, and other components according to the technical brief.
▫️ Communicate with suppliers regarding costs, production timelines, MOQs, technical details, and samples.
▫️ Conduct comparative analyses of suppliers, manufacturers, and materials.
▫️ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of factories, suppliers, materials, and components.
📄 Technical Documentation
▫️ Ensure that Tech Packs and other production documentation remain complete, accurate, and up to date.
▫️ Ensure the timely delivery of specifications and final documentation to manufacturers.
▫️ Maintain accurate product Master Data.
▫️ Create tasks for product record development in internal systems and monitor their timely and accurate completion.
▫️ Verify that all required technical documentation is complete before production begins.
📦 Packaging Coordination
▫️ Coordinate packaging development for new products.
▫️ Monitor the production of packaging materials.
▫️ Ensure that packaging is ready before bulk production begins.
✅ Requirements
▫️ Relevant experience in Production Coordination, Apparel Development, Product Development Coordination, or a similar role.
▫️ Experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
▫️ Experience working with international manufacturers.
▫️ Understanding of product development and production launch processes.
▫️ Experience working with Tech Packs, specifications, and production documentation.
▫️ Experience coordinating samples, fittings, production timelines, and communication with manufacturers.
▫️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
▫️ Experience working with Notion.
▫️ Strong written English and confidence communicating with international manufacturers and partners.
❗ Fluent Ukrainian or Russian is required!

▫️ Experience working with lingerie.
▫️ Experience with leather accessories or premium fashion products and brands.
▫️ Experience working with manufacturers in China or other Asian countries.
▫️ Understanding of international logistics processes.
▫️ Experience working with Adobe Illustrator.

▫️ Experience with ERP, PLM, or WMS systems.

💼 Working Conditions
