Today, MARIEMUR continues to grow and scale its international operations. Due to the companyβs growth, it is looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
π― About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will ensure the smooth operation of the international supply chain β from the moment production is launched until the products become available for sale.
You will work with already approved production orders and will be responsible for their full operational execution: timely production, international logistics, delivery of products to the warehouse, interaction with 3PL partners, and keeping operational information up to date for the team.
At the beginning, the role does not involve independent planning or calculation of purchase volumes. In the future, this area of responsibility may expand.
You will work closely with the Lead of Supply Chain.

π Main Responsibilities
π Production Management
- Fully manage production orders after their approval.
- Maintain regular communication with international manufacturers.
- Monitor the production calendar and production timelines.
- Maintain and update the production calendar, ensuring transparency of the status of all orders for the team.
- Identify delay risks in a timely manner and coordinate their resolution.
- Coordinate repeat production launches.
- Monitor the readiness of products and packaging for shipment.
- Organize product inspections and coordinate partial shipments (Split Shipments) when necessary.
- Coordinate the purchase of materials and packaging for manufacturers that do not provide them independently.
βοΈ International Logistics
- Plan and organize international transportation of products from manufacturers to the companyβs warehouses.
- Work with air, ocean, and courier shipments.
- Coordinate the work of carriers, logistics partners, and customs brokers.
- Organize product shipments from factories.
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Marks, customs documents, and other transportation documents.
- Monitor product delivery to warehouses.
- Resolve operational issues that arise during transportation.
- Manage corporate DHL, UPS, and FedEx accounts.
- Monitor transportation and logistics costs.
π¦ Warehouses and 3PL
- Maintain daily operational communication with international warehouses and 3PL partners.
- Monitor the timely and complete receipt of shipments in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Verify the completeness of goods receiving and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor the accuracy of warehouse inventory and product availability for sale.
- Monitor compliance with SLAs for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
- Initiate inventory counts and monitor the resolution of identified discrepancies.
π§Ύ Packaging and Operational Reporting
- Monitor packaging material inventory levels.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of packaging to manufacturers and warehouses.
- Monitor packaging readiness for production launch.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting on production, shipments, inventory, and logistics.
- Collect and update data for product cost calculation.
- Analyze inventory and slow-moving SKUs.
- Participate in the improvement and automation of operational processes.

Our Expectations
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
- Confident proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.
- Practical experience working with international manufacturers, including manufacturers in China.
- Experience supporting production orders from approval until the goods arrive at the warehouse.
- Understanding of the China β USA and Ukraine β USA delivery process.
- Experience working with air, ocean, and courier shipments.
- Understanding of international documentation flow and customs clearance.
- Experience preparing or verifying Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other shipping documents.
- Experience working with international warehouses or 3PL partners.
- Fluent written English and confident communication with international partners.
- A high level of self-organization, attention to detail, and responsibility for results.
- Ability to independently monitor processes, meet deadlines, and work without constant reminders.
- Flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changes and operational risks.

- Experience with international B2C logistics and e-commerce, including shipping orders from the US to European countries, working with customs procedures, VAT, DDP/DDU, and international carriers
- Experience in fashion, lingerie, apparel, accessories, or another category of premium physical products.
- Experience working with a large number of SKUs and product variations.
- Experience calculating COGS.
- Experience improving processes, creating instructions, or implementing automations.
