Technical Writer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Writer. In this role, you'll transform complex business and technical requirements into clear, structured documentation that drives product development and supports internal teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders to document product requirements, eliminate ambiguity and ensure every feature is thoroughly documented. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys diving into technical details and believes that high-quality documentation is essential to building great products

Responsibilities:

• Document business and technical requirements for existing and new product functionality
• Analyse, clarify and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT team
• Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation and technical guides
• Maintain and continuously improve internal product documentation
• Collaborate closely with Product, IT and Stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
• Identify documentation gaps and inconsistencies
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date as products evolve

• Contribute to documentation standards, processes and best practices 

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or in a similar role within a fintech environment: EMI, PSPs, Banks or SaaS companies
• Proven experience analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organise complex information into clear, structured documentation
• Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and technical documentation
• Hands-on experience with API documentation and testing tools
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge unclear or incomplete requirements

• B2+ level of English

   

Nice to have:

• Understanding of payment processing, transaction lifecycles, KYB and AML processes
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to documentation workflows

• Basic understanding of software development processes
