About us
Cikumas GmbH, based in Kilchberg (Canton of Zurich, Switzerland), builds ClassOwl — an all-in-one school-management platform that replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most schools run on today. Instead of re-entering the same student data into five or six separate systems (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling, government reporting), ClassOwl combines a Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into one white-label platform, tailored to each school's own processes and branded as their own.

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring a Medium-Senior Technical Writer to own documentation across ClassOwl's platform — from internal technical references used by the development team to user-facing guides for schools using SIS, LMS and ERP modules. You'll work closely with developers, QA and the business analysis team to turn product knowledge into clear, structured, and accurate documentation that both technical and non-technical audiences can rely on.

Responsibilities

• create and maintain technical documentation for ClassOwl's platform (API references, internal specs, release notes)
• write user-facing guides and instructions for school staff (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling modules)
• work directly with developers and QA to understand new features before they ship, and translate them into documentation
• review and structure existing documentation, identify gaps, and keep materials up to date as the product evolves
• collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation reflects actual user stories and requirements
• maintain consistency in terminology, tone and formatting across all documentation

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer (Medium-Senior level)
• English at C1 level
• German as a plus
• an analytical mindset, comfortable working with structured systems and translating complexity into clarity
• basic understanding of code/technical logic is enough; deep development experience is not required
• QA background is considered a relevant and welcome experience
• available to start within the next week

Tech Integration Specialist - US Affiliate Network

About the company

We’re a US-based affiliate network working with legitimate, white-hat verticals and performance-based lead generation.

Our business involves multiple partners, platforms and technical integrations, so the role is varied and highly practical. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with real business systems rather than focusing on repetitive technical support.

We’re looking for a strong Technical Integration Specialist to join a growing US-based affiliate network and support the technical side of our partner, tracking, and lead-generation operations.

This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with integrations, APIs, tracking systems, troubleshooting, and figuring out how different platforms work together.

What matters most is strong hands-on technical experience and the ability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and implement integrations.

What you’ll be working with

• APIs, webhooks, postbacks and third-party integrations
• Tracking platforms and attribution systems
• Lead tracking, routing and data flows
• Call tracking and routing
• Pixels, conversion tracking and event tracking
• CRM and marketing platform integrations
• Troubleshooting technical issues across different systems
• Testing and debugging integrations
• Supporting partners, affiliates and internal teams with technical questions
• Identifying why data, leads, calls or conversions are not passing correctly

What we’re looking for. We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, curious and very hands-on

You should be comfortable:

• Working with APIs and webhooks
• Understanding how systems communicate with each other
• Troubleshooting integrations independently
• Following and interpreting API documentation
• Working with tracking parameters, events and conversion data
• Testing integrations and identifying where a data flow breaks
• Investigating technical issues rather than simply escalating them
• Working with multiple third-party platforms simultaneously
• Taking ownership of technical tasks and finding solutions independently

Part-Time | Long-Term | Remote

Flexible schedule, with availability during US business hours preferred. We’re looking for someone who can start part-time and become a reliable long-term technical partner as the business grows.

• розробляти настанови з експлуатації (user manuals) для кожного продукту та конфігурації;
• створювати quick start guides і pre-flight checklists;
• готувати формуляри та описи комплектності;
• розробляти troubleshooting-розділи для користувачів і технічної підтримки;

• 1,5+ роки досвіду на позиції Technical Writer або в суміжній ролі з фокусом на технічній документації;
• досвід документування hardware-продуктів: електроніки, техніки, обладнання, DefTech (досвід лише в software documentation, на жаль, не розглядаємо);
• впевнене володіння Notion;

• технічна освіта: радіотехніка, електроніка, авіація або механіка;
• досвід у DefTech/MilTech або з UAV, розуміння реальних сценаріїв використання продукту в полі;

• роботу над продуктом, який реально впливає на обороноздатність країни;
• прямий доступ до інженерної команди й до самого продукту;
• гібридний формат роботи;
• конкурентна заробітна плата;
• офіційне працевлаштування;
• бронювання;
