About the Role
 

The SE Ranking API team is on a mission to scale our API into a significant revenue stream for the company. We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to play a pivotal role in this journey. This is a dual-focus role that combines technical content creation for marketing with the development of world-class API documentation. You will be foundational to improving our developer experience and driving demand generation, helping us reach our goal of attributing 10% of new MRR to the API by 2026.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Marketing & Content Creation (50%)

• Author Technical Content: Write engaging and informative technical blog posts, tutorials, and use-case guides that attract and educate new users about the capabilities of the SE Ranking API.
• Develop Campaign Materials: Create compelling content for marketing campaigns to drive top-of-funnel awareness and user acquisition.

API Documentation (50%)

Твоєю основною відповідальністю буде забезпечення ефективного функціонування системи управління підприємством BAS ERP.

Основні обов’язки:

• створення та оновлення інструкцій користувача, технічних описів, довідкових матеріалів, документації API та інших супровідних документів для програмного забезпечення;
• забезпечення точного відображення функціональних можливостей продукту в документації;
• тісна співпраця з розробниками програмного забезпечення, інженерами та іншими технічними фахівцями для збору, аналізу та структурування інформації;
• озуміння технічних деталей продукту та їх подальше спрощення для опису у зрозумілому форматі. Переклад складної технічної інформації на зрозумілу та доступну для кінцевого користувача мову. 
• оновлення та редагування документації у відповідь на зміни в програмному забезпеченні, включаючи випуск нових версій, патчів і додаткових функцій;
• дотримання встановлених корпоративних стандартів та стилістичних вимог при створенні документації. Впровадження та дотримання процесів для створення та оновлення технічної документації.

Наші очікування:

• вища освіта в галузі технічної комунікації, комп’ютерних наук, інформаційних технологій або іншої суміжної галузі;
• досвід організації роботи в продуктах Atlassian (confluence, jira);
• впевнений користувач інструментів графічного моделювання (Draw.io, Microsoft Visio або іншими);
• досвід роботи з BPMN 2.0 Знання методологій розробки ПЗ. Вміння працювати з командою розробників;
• Досвід роботи з системою управління підприємством BAS ERP від 1 року;
• Вміння працювати в команді і самостійно.

• Вища технічна або гуманітарна освіта
• Досвід роботи з програмами для написання тексту та редагування скриншотів
• Вміння працювати з інструментами для створення діаграм та схем
• Досвід роботи з Jira
• Досвід роботи з технологіями AWS
• Знання принципів роботи EKS, Karpenter, Terraform, Kubernetes
• Вміння створювати графічні схеми та навчальні матеріали
• Досвід публічних виступів та комунікації в професійній спільноті
• Здатність до швидкого навчання та адаптації до нових технологій
• Вміння працювати в команді та ініціативність в оптимізації процесів
• Англійська мова на рівні Intermediate (B1)
