KYC Risk Team Lead

We are looking for a KYC Risk Team Lead to architect our risk management strategy from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for protecting our proprietary iGaming platform in Tier-1 markets, ensuring the perfect balance between robust security and a smooth player journey.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Department Founding: Design and implement the company’s Anti-Fraud and Risk policies from scratch.

• Fraud Strategy: Identify and mitigate sophisticated fraud patterns, including multi-accounting, identity theft, and payment fraud.

• Bonus & Affiliate Integrity: Monitor and prevent bonus abuse and affiliate-related fraud to safeguard marketing budgets.

• Technical Integration: Lead the selection and automation of anti-fraud solutions and early warning systems.

• Reporting & Modeling: Develop mathematical risk models and provide strategic insights directly to the leadership team.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Payments to embed risk awareness into the core product.

📊 Required Experience:

• 4+ years in iGaming Risk/Anti-Fraud (Tier-1 markets is a plus)

• 2+ years as a Team Lead, building processes from scratch

• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI)

• Deep knowledge of Anti-Fraud software (SEON, Accertify, MaxMind)

• Solid understanding of KYC/AML and gambling license regulations

• English B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
