Operations Manager - Google Farming Team

The Operations Manager oversees the Google Farming department responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality Google accounts and operational assets that support the company's media buying activities. The role is responsible for team performance, workflow optimization, quality control, SOP implementation, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead and manage the Google Farming team.
• Plan daily production targets and allocate workloads.
• Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Operations & Workflow

• Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Optimize workflows to increase production capacity.
• Ensure operational consistency across all team members.
• Coordinate with Media Buying, Compliance, and HR teams.

Quality Control

• Implement quality assurance processes for all Google Farming activities.
• Audit completed work to ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Reduce error rates through training and process improvements.
• Investigate recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track team KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Forecast staffing and production needs.
• Monitor operational risks and recommend improvements.

Training & Development

• Hire, onboard, and train new Google Farmers.
• Maintain training documentation.
• Identify high performers and develop career progression plans.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of operations or team management experience.
• Experience managing production or operational teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills.
• Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
