Operations Lead, Incorporation and Licensing
We are looking for a Legal Incorporation Lawyer to support Project N5 with the setup and structuring of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. This role is for someone who has hands-on experience incorporating companies in Europe and beyond, understands the ins and outs of international licensing, and can operate confidently in English across cross-border legal matters.

About the role
The Legal Incorporation Lawyer will lead the legal groundwork for entity formation as Project N5 expands into new markets. You will guide the incorporation process end to end — advising on jurisdiction selection, preparing and filing incorporation documents, and ensuring each entity is properly licensed to operate. Given the international scope of the work, you'll need to be equally comfortable navigating European incorporation frameworks and licensing requirements in other regions.
You have
- Experience incorporating companies in Europe and other jurisdictions
- Experience with international licensing processes and requirements
- Advanced English or above (written and spoken)
What to do
- Advise on and manage the incorporation of legal entities across Europe and other target jurisdictions
- Prepare, review, and file incorporation documents and related corporate paperwork
- Guide the business through international licensing requirements and applications
- Liaise with local counsel, registries, and regulators as needed per jurisdiction
- Ensure incorporated entities remain compliant with local corporate and licensing obligations
