This is an execution-driven, operational leadership position focused on:

Supporting clients through banking processes 

Coordinating account opening procedures 

Managing partner integrations 

Ensuring compliance and process accuracy 

You will act as the bridge between clients, banking partners, compliance, and internal teams.

What You’ll Own

Banking & Partner Relations

Manage relationships with existing fintech and banking partners 

Maintain partner activity and engagement 

Identify and onboard new partners into the ecosystem 

Work with tariff structures and compliance policies 

Client Execution & Account Opening

Support clients during account opening processes 

Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements 

Ensure correct integration of payment/banking solutions 

Troubleshoot operational issues during onboarding 

Operations & Process Optimization

Improve local testing and verification processes 

Maintain structured reporting and documentation 

Build and update internal knowledge base 

Optimize execution workflows across geographies 

Negotiation & Coordination

Conduct negotiations with partners 

Work with affiliate networks and operational teams 

Monitor traffic quality and integration efficiency 

Must-Have Requirements

5+ years experience in fintech / banking / payment operations 

Strong understanding of payment systems and banking processes 

Experience supporting account opening or financial onboarding flows 

Experience working with compliance policies and tariffs 

Advanced English (C1+) 

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

Nice to Have

Experience working with international banking partners 

Understanding of AML/KYC processes 

Experience with payment integrations 

Experience in affiliate or partnership programs

This role combines operational oversight, analytical depth, and partner negotiation. You will be responsible for ensuring payment methods function correctly, evaluating provider performance, and optimizing testing and localization processes.

Payment Testing & Optimization

Identify and manage local testers to validate payment methods across different geographies

Compare testing providers based on cost, quality, and efficiency

Optimize local testing workflows and processes

Payment Flow Analysis

Conduct detailed analysis of user payment flows across different providers

Compare payment solutions from multiple vendors

Deliver structured conclusions and recommendations

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate reporting on resource usage

Build and manage a structured knowledge base from testing results

Maintain up-to-date documentation on findings and performance benchmarks

Banking & Provider Relations

Conduct negotiations with payment providers and testing partners

Support evaluation and onboarding of new payment solutions

Ensure understanding of mechanisms behind payment processing and online transactions

Must-Have Requirements

Advanced English (Advanced or higher)

5+ years experience in fintech or e-commerce

Experience working with electronic payment systems

Strong understanding of online payment processing mechanisms

Analytical mindset and high attention to detail

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Experience working with multiple GEO payment integrations

Experience working with acquiring banks or PSPs
