We are hiring a Head of Client Execution & Banking Operations to manage relationships with fintech and banking partners and ensure smooth client onboarding and execution. 
This is not a pure sales role.

This is an execution-driven, operational leadership position focused on:

• Supporting clients through banking processes
• Coordinating account opening procedures
• Managing partner integrations
• Ensuring compliance and process accuracy

You will act as the bridge between clients, banking partners, compliance, and internal teams.

What You’ll Own

Banking & Partner Relations

• Manage relationships with existing fintech and banking partners
• Maintain partner activity and engagement
• Identify and onboard new partners into the ecosystem
• Work with tariff structures and compliance policies

Client Execution & Account Opening

• Support clients during account opening processes
• Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements
• Ensure correct integration of payment/banking solutions
• Troubleshoot operational issues during onboarding

Operations & Process Optimization

• Improve local testing and verification processes
• Maintain structured reporting and documentation
• Build and update internal knowledge base
• Optimize execution workflows across geographies

Negotiation & Coordination

• Conduct negotiations with partners
• Work with affiliate networks and operational teams
• Monitor traffic quality and integration efficiency

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years experience in fintech / banking / payment operations
• Strong understanding of payment systems and banking processes
• Experience supporting account opening or financial onboarding flows
• Experience working with compliance policies and tariffs
• Advanced English (C1+)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international banking partners
• Understanding of AML/KYC processes
• Experience with payment integrations
• Experience in affiliate or partnership programs

We are creating a dedicated Sales Department and looking for the person who will build it.
 

The role

This isn't a role to run an existing team. It's a role to build one.

You will set up the department from scratch: structure, processes, metrics, CRM and the client acquisition strategy. Your focus is B2B clients in the banking and financial sectors, plus our legal services direction for fintech, with scope to develop additional client profiles and service lines as the business evolves.
 

What you'll own

Department and team

• Design the department structure, roles and hiring plan; hire and onboard the first sales managers
• Set targets, planning rhythm and accountability for the team

Sales process

• Define the full process: Lead > Qualification > Demo > Proposal > Deal > Handoff to client execution
• Write playbooks, qualification criteria, response-time standards and objection handling
• Analyze lost deals and unfinished opportunities, and feed the findings back into the process

CRM

• Design the pipeline stages, fields, lead routing and automations in our CRM
• Make the CRM the single source of truth for clients, deals and forecasts

Metrics

• Build the KPI system: funnel conversion, cycle length, win/loss reasons, pipeline coverage, cost of acquisition, forecast accuracy
• Report sales performance and growth opportunities to leadership on a regular cadence

Client acquisition strategy

• Define ICPs and segments within B2B banking and financial services, and for legal services for fintech
• Choose and build channels: outbound, inbound, events, referrals; run pricing and packaging together with leadership
• Lead complex commercial negotiations with key accounts

Cross-department interaction

• Marketing: lead generation, content, shared funnel definitions
• Partnerships: partner-sourced leads and agreed commercial terms
• Product: structured client feedback and feature requests
• Legal & Compliance: contract terms and what we can and cannot promise clients
• Client Execution / Operations: clean handoff from signed deal to onboarding
• Finance: pricing, forecasts, reporting
   

Must have

• 7+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years leading a sales team
• Experience building or restructuring a sales function, not only managing an existing one
• Experience selling to financial-sector clients (fintech, banks, payments) or selling legal/compliance services to businesses
• Hands-on CRM design experience (any major CRM): pipeline, automation, reporting
• Analytical, metric-driven approach; you can show how you measured a funnel
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English C1+, Ukrainian native
   

Nice to have

• Experience with platform, marketplace or SaaS sales
• Understanding of KYB/KYC/AML processes and regulated-industry constraints
• Experience in international markets (US, UK, EU, UAE, Asia)
• Experience selling professional services (legal, incorporation, compliance)
   

This role is not

• A partnerships role: banks, payment providers and partner agreements are owned by the Partnerships Department
• A client execution role: onboarding and account opening are handled by Operations
