The Role

We're hiring a Partnership Analytics Analyst to own the data behind our broker and partner network. You'll track how partners source and close deals, measure the health of our AI-driven deal-matching pipeline, and turn raw marketplace data into reporting the Partnerships and leadership teams can act on. A core part of this role is using Claude and Claude Code to build automations, scripts, and lightweight internal tools — we want someone who treats AI-assisted coding as a standard part of the analytics toolkit, not a novelty.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports tracking partner/broker performance: referrals, deal flow, conversion rates, and closed deal value.
• Analyze marketplace data across listed assets (banks, EMIs, PSPs, MSOs, crypto licenses) to surface trends in demand, pricing, and conversion by jurisdiction and license type.
• Monitor the performance of the AI Matching engine that connects buyers and sellers, and partner with Product/Engineering on improving match quality.
• Use Claude Code to build internal automation scripts, data pipelines, and self-serve reporting tools that cut down manual analysis work.
• Work with the Partnerships team to score and evaluate broker/partner performance, informing decisions on which relationships to expand, renegotiate, or wind down.
• Track and reconcile partner referral and commission data across CRM, deal-pipeline, and finance systems.
• Produce recurring (weekly/monthly) reporting on deal flow, partner contribution, and overall marketplace KPIs for leadership.
• Field ad hoc data requests from Partnerships, Sales, and Leadership, translating raw platform data into clear, actionable insight.
• Identify data-quality issues in the CRM/deal pipeline and work with Engineering to resolve them at the source.
• Document and productionize analytics workflows so Partnerships and Finance can increasingly self-serve.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4+ years of experience in a data, business, or partnerships analytics role — ideally within fintech, marketplaces, or M&A/deal-flow environments.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or a comparable AI coding agent) to build scripts, automate reporting, or ship small internal tools. This is a core, not optional, part of the role.
• Strong SQL skills and fluency in spreadsheet-based analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience building dashboards/reports with tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Google Data Studio.
• Comfortable working with CRM and deal-pipeline data (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).

The Role

We're looking for a Chief Operating Officer to run the day-to-day engine of BankStore: the operational backbone connecting our clients to banks, acquirers, payment providers, and incorporation partners across multiple jurisdictions. You'll own operational strategy, scale our partner network and onboarding processes, and turn a fast-moving fintech marketplace into a predictable, efficient, and compliant operation. You will report directly to the CEO, sit on the leadership team, and work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operations across BankStore's marketplace: client onboarding (KYB/KYC), bank and payment-provider matching, account opening, and incorporation fulfillment.
• Build and scale the operating processes and SLAs behind onboarding 100+ banks, 90+ acquirers, and 180+ payment providers across 95+ currencies.
• Manage and grow relationships with partner banks, acquirers, payment providers, and incorporation agents across the UK, US, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Europe.
• Design and monitor operational KPIs (onboarding time, approval rates, turnaround SLAs, partner performance) and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure operational processes meet KYB/KYC/AML requirements across all jurisdictions of operation.
• Lead and scale operations, customer success, and partnerships teams as the company grows headcount.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior operating role (COO, VP Ops, Head of Ops) at a fintech, payments, or banking-as-a-service company.
• Proven track record scaling multi-jurisdictional operations involving banking partners, payment providers, or acquirers.
• Working knowledge of KYB/KYC/AML onboarding processes and how they intersect with operational workflows.
• Experience managing partner and vendor relationships with financial institutions.

About the role

The Legal Incorporation Lawyer will lead the legal groundwork for entity formation as Project N5 expands into new markets. You will guide the incorporation process end to end — advising on jurisdiction selection, preparing and filing incorporation documents, and ensuring each entity is properly licensed to operate. Given the international scope of the work, you'll need to be equally comfortable navigating European incorporation frameworks and licensing requirements in other regions.

This is a hands-on QA role responsible for monitoring the full product line. You will be the person who catches issues before users do — broken buttons, missing notifications, logic gaps in user flows, and inconsistencies between admin and clientfacing interfaces. Bankstore is looking for a Head of Compliance to build and lead our compliance function as we scale our banking and financial products. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has operated inside fintech or banking-as-a-service environments and understands both the regulatory landscape and the pace of a growing company. You will own our compliance strategy end to end: from regulatory relationships and licensing to policy design, monitoring, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead Bankstore's enterprise compliance program, covering BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, OFAC and sanctions screening, consumer protection, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance experience, including 5+ years in a compliance leadership role within fintech, a neobank, or a banking-as-a-service / sponsor bank environment.
• Deep working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, GLBA, EFTA, and state money transmission laws.
• Direct experience managing relationships with sponsor banks and navigating the bank-partnership model.
• Track record of leading regulatory exams and building a compliance function from the ground up or scaling an existing one.
• Strong people-leadership skills with experience hiring and managing a compliance team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to boards and regulators.
