We are looking for a Head of Product to own the product vision and roadmap for Project Bankstore. This role is for a product leader with deep fintech instincts — someone who can balance user needs, regulatory constraints, and business goals into a product that actually works for banking customers.

About the role
The Head of Product will define and drive the product strategy for Bankstore, working closely with engineering, sales, and partnerships to ship a roadmap that serves both users and the business. You'll be responsible for prioritization, discovery, and making sure the product meets the specific demands of fintech and banking — including compliance and risk considerations that shape what can be built and how.
You have
- A strong track record leading product in fintech, banking, or a closely related space
- Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through to shipped features
- Solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance considerations that shape fintech products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with engineering and business teams
- Excellent prioritization and stakeholder-management skills
What to do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Bankstore
- Lead discovery to identify user and business needs, translating them into a prioritized backlog
- Work closely with engineering to scope and ship features
- Ensure product decisions account for relevant fintech/banking compliance and risk requirements
- Partner with sales and partnerships to align the roadmap with commercial priorities
- Track product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback
