Head of Execution (FinTech)

We are looking for a Head of Execution to drive delivery across Project Bankstore. This role is for an operator who turns strategy into results — someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and make sure initiatives actually ship on time and to spec.

About the role

The Head of Execution owns operational delivery for Bankstore, translating strategic priorities into concrete plans and making sure every team — product, engineering, sales, partnerships — is aligned and moving toward the same milestones. You'll be the person accountable for getting things done: tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and stepping in wherever execution is at risk of stalling.

You have

• A strong track record of leading execution or operations in fintech or banking environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion
• Comfort working with ambiguity and turning high-level strategy into actionable plans
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Translate Bankstore's strategic priorities into execution plans and milestones
• Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and partnerships to keep initiatives on track
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers before they impact timelines
• Set up and maintain processes for tracking progress and accountability
• Report on execution status and key risks to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in how the organization plans and delivers work
