HR Business partner

You will:
- Interact with a team of remote workers (staff of 100+ people);
- Support the life cycle of an employee;
- Develop strategies together with HR Lead and implement them in work;
- Implement employees (PeopleForce) in CRM;
- Conduct personal conversations, motivational conversations, resolve conflict situations;
- Participate in the development and implementation of Company Policies;
- Participate in the development and analysis of surveys, participation in the creation of an evaluation system and current analytics (180°, 360° and others);
 
From you:
- 4+ years of practical work experience in a similar position (HR Manager, People Partner, HR BP, HR Generalist);
- Experience of working in large companies of 300 people or more ;
- Knowledge and experience of working with HR processes: from adaptation to dismissal, evaluation and 1-to-1;
- Ability to conduct interviews (1-1), assessments, surveys and other formats to gather information and provide feedback;
- Experience in creating a work plan (6-12 months) + modification of this plan (making adjustments) if necessary;
- Experience in developing corporate culture and implementing new solutions;
- Proactive position;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills;
- English is a spoken language.
