Helpdesk Specialist

Diya is currently expanding its team and looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to bridge advanced helpdesk operations, client support, and infrastructure administration. Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Technical Support. Serve as a high-tier escalation point for complex technical issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related problems via ticketing systems, chat, email, and phone.
- Helpdesk & Environment Administration. Manage, secure, and optimize daily operations across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and office infrastructure environments.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance. Proactively ensure high levels of system availability, performance, and reliability for our clients.
- Process Improvement & Documentation. Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, procedural guides, and operational knowledge-base reports.
- Collaboration & Leadership. Support team members, share technical knowledge, and assist in mentoring junior staff when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, advanced helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Core Technical Stack. Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 (Admin Center, Exchange Online, Azure AD / Entra ID, Teams, Licensing) and Windows operating systems / Windows Server.
- Networking & Infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and networking fundamentals.
- Troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose complex technical issues in a Windows environment using event logs, diagnostic tools, and methodical problem-solving approaches.
- Language: B2 level (Upper-Intermediate or higher, both written and spoken) in English for professional communication with international clients.
- Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
- Soft Skills. Excellent customer service mindset, strong communication and people skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of performing under pressure.
Will Be a Plus
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge with Microsoft Azure.
- Administrative/managerial functions, previous mentorship experience, or demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Basic proficiency in PowerShell for task automation.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, M365 Certified).
