We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to become our CFO’s right hand. As our current CFO moves into a broader strategic role within the company, you’ll gradually take ownership of their day-to-day responsibilities and grow into leading the finance function. This is a business-facing finance role — you’ll influence planning, unit economics, forecasting, and strategic decisions, not just reporting.

Your qualities and skills that will be valued:

• 4+ years of overall experience in finance.
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models from scratch.
• English (Intermediate+) for regular collaboration with teams in Poland and Brazil.
• Strong business orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments.
• High ownership, structured thinking, and a fast learning mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• Ability to balance a controlling function with flexibility and collaboration.

Your additional advantages:

• Experience in a Big Four company.
• ACCA certification.
• Experience in large product companies or international corporations.
• Experience working with business metrics and optimizing business processes.
• Negotiation skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running management reporting process.
• Unit economics analysis.
• Building and maintaining financial forecasts.
• Participating in tax-related projects.
• Gradually taking over the majority of the CFO's functions.
• Working with full autonomy in managing financial processes.
• Identifying and solving business problems, and optimizing processes.
• Acting as a key contributor to business decision-making and influencing business metrics.
• Working with multiple geographies and business models.
