Senior Affiliate Lead / Affiliate Director

We're hiring a Senior Affiliate Lead to take full ownership of our affiliate direction. Two mandates: first, fix what we have; second, turn it into a network. Our products are SaaS — building a network on top of them is the logical next step, and you're the one who does it.

This isn't partner management. It's ownership of a channel end-to-end.

🔥 What You'll Do

Task #1 — Audit & fix the current program. Take everything we run today and put it in order: offers, creatives, partners, payout system. Find why we're not scaling and ship a clear fix.

Task #2 — Build the network. Convert the program into a full affiliate network from the ground up: structure, onboarding, offer distribution, economics.

Ongoing:

• Offers & funnels — rework existing offers and sales funnels to market demand; brief creative on high-converting banners, landers, and promo assets.
• Partnerships — onboard top-tier partners (direct affiliates, webmasters, networks); build long-term win-win relationships, not transactions.
• Traffic & economics — own traffic quality and fraud control; optimize across CPA / RevShare / CPS against CPA, ROI, LTV.

• Testing — new GEOs, sources, and partner-acquisition angles.

   

✅ What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in affiliate marketing, with hands-on experience in both an affiliate program and an affiliate network.
• Proven track record building, restructuring, or scaling affiliate programs or networks.
• Must-have: existing network of affiliate contacts (direct or network deals) and immediate access to scalable traffic.
• Ownership — you treat the channel as your own business, not a task list.
• Funnel expertise — read conversion data, spot offer weaknesses, write clear design/copy briefs.
• Data-driven problem solver — see the business bottleneck behind the numbers.
• Strong negotiation — pitch offers to top partners, close exclusive terms.

• English B2+ (negotiations and business correspondence).
