Affilate Partnerships Manager

VitaUp operates in one of the most competitive and sophisticated categories on Amazon: Health & Wellness. 

Our brands compete alongside industry leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made. We already have proven products, strong unit economics, and a solid operational foundation — and we're now looking for the right person to take our affiliate channel to the next level.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to find, build, and grow partnerships that drive traffic to VitaUp on Amazon and on our own website, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales. This role also owns the analytics side of the channel — tracking performance, testing hypotheses, and identifying the most effective paths to growth. Building brand awareness along the way is a welcome bonus, not the primary mandate.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. You'll be expected to identify opportunities independently, negotiate partnerships, and communicate professionally with affiliates — without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners with proven sales potential
• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize channel performance
• Drive traffic and sales growth across Amazon and our own website through the affiliate channel
• Build and maintain a reporting system to track performance, budgets, and key metrics
• Design and run hypothesis-driven tests to find the most effective growth levers
• Manage allocated budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment
• Contribute to brand visibility and awareness as a secondary outcome of channel growth

What Success Looks Like

• Significant growth in channel sales volume within the first 12 months
• An expanded partner network, built through new affiliates with demonstrated sales potential
• High resource utilization and target attainment, starting from month 3
• A functioning reporting and testing system in place from month 2 onward

• A fast learner, comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
• Willingness to put in the work needed to hit ambitious targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills — you can build trust with partners quickly and professionally
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon growth roles (Health & Wellness category experience is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with FTC/FDA advertising guidelines for supplements is a plus, given the regulatory sensitivity of health claims in this category
