Salary: $1,500 – $1,800 / month

Location / Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Includes 1-hour lunch break + three 15-min coffee breaks)

Language Requirement: Fluent Russian (for daily internal communication)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TechOps Specialist to manage and optimize our infrastructure ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of our domain portfolio, DNS/CDN configurations, server hosting, and security integrations, as well as leverage automation to streamline daily technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain Portfolio Management: Oversee registration, renewal, bulk updates, and lifecycle management for all domains.
• Registrar Relations: Direct hands-on management with key domain registrars (Namecheap, GoDaddy, REG.RU, GCore, etc.).
• DNS, CDN & Security: Set up and manage Cloudflare, GCore, BunnyCDN, SSL certificates, proxying rules, and security policies.
• Server Administration: Order, setup, and maintain VPS/VDS servers and hosting environments (cPanel, ISPmanager, or similar).
• Payment & Expiry Tracking: Track hosting/domain billing, auto-renewals, and payment schedules to guarantee zero downtime.
• Credentials & Access Management: Maintain clean, secure records of technical access, control panels, SMTP setups, proxies, API keys, and wallets.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 1.5 – 2+ years of hands-on experience in domain and DNS administration.
• Practical experience working with at least 2–3 major domain registrars.
• Strong proficiency with CDN and proxy services: Cloudflare, GCore, BunnyCDN (DNS rules, SSL, proxying, security rules).
• Experience administering hosting panels (ISPmanager, cPanel, or equivalents).
• Basic programming skills in Python and/or Java for automating routine processes and writing scripts.
• Practical experience working with APIs (domain registrars, Cloudflare, hosting providers).

Nice-to-Have (Bonus):

• Experience in SaaS / AdTech environments.
• Familiarity with ad-trackers like Keitaro or equivalents.
• Experience with proxy networks, anti-detect browsers, and bulk domain management/replacement strategies.

General Criteria & Work Conditions

• Schedule: Structured schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 with fixed breaks (1-hour lunch + three 15-minute coffee breaks).
• Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of $1,500 – $1,800 USD.
