Head of Design

We are looking for a Head of Design to lead and scale the design function within a product-focused iGaming company. This role is about more than aesthetics — it is about building a strong visual identity that earns user trust, creates emotional engagement, and directly impacts key business metrics such as conversion, retention, and revenue.

You will drive design strategy, shape user experience, and build a high-performing team capable of delivering scalable and high-impact solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve mobile-first user flows with a focus on conversion and usability.
• Use design as a performance lever to increase FTD, retention, and ARPU.
• Launch and iterate UX/UI experiments based on data and A/B testing results.
• Apply best practices from iGaming and crypto industries to improve product performance.
• Leverage game design principles to enhance emotional engagement and user retention.

• Own, develop, and scale the design system to support fast product growth.

   

👥 Team Leadership

• Build and manage a team of designers (UX, UI, Motion, Visual), including both in-house and contractors.
• Mentor team members and elevate overall design quality and thinking.
• Establish efficient design processes: reviews, standards, workflows, and rituals.
• Foster a strong design culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.

💡 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design within iGaming, crypto, or other high-conversion digital products.
• 2+ years in a Lead or Head of Design role with responsibility for business impact and team development.
• Proven experience delivering products end-to-end — from concept (0 to 1) to scaling.
• Deep understanding of UX principles specific to iGaming or crypto products.
• Strong knowledge of game design mechanics and emotional engagement strategies.

• Ability to analyze A/B test results and measure the impact of design decisions (CR, Retention, LTV).
