• Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500 / month ( negotiable based on interview performance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, optimize, and scale our core enterprise environment. In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining system stability, high availability, and operational efficiency across a hybrid, high-load infrastructure.

Tech Stack & Core Systems

• Directory Services: Multi-domain Active Directory
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN clusters) & Proxmox VE
• Remote Desktop Services: Enterprise RDS farm & FSLogix profile containers (supporting 100+ concurrent remote workspaces)
• Hardware: Bare-metal physical server infrastructure
• Monitoring: Zabbix ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless stability, uptime, and high availability for the entire enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Multi-domain Active Directory and Group Policies (GPO).
• Administer and scale VMware vSphere and Proxmox VE virtualization clusters.
• Maintain RDS farms and optimize user profile performance via FSLogix.
• Automate routine administrative tasks and system checks using PowerShell.
• Oversee core network services (DNS, DHCP).
• Configure and maintain Zabbix monitoring (custom templates, LLD, alerting logic).
• Perform hardware maintenance and lifecycle management for bare-metal servers.
• Participate in paid on-call coverage for critical incidents (typically required 2–3 times per year).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven enterprise systems administration / infrastructure engineering experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, RDS, and FSLogix.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across core network protocols (DNS, DHCP).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Demonstrated experience with Zabbix monitoring setup and maintenance.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
