About the role

We are looking for a Strong Junior Copywriter who can transform technical cybersecurity expertise into engaging, well-structured, and business-oriented content.

You will work closely with our cybersecurity experts and management team to create materials that support sales, marketing, partner enablement, and brand awareness activities.

This is an ongoing collaboration with flexible workload and the opportunity to work across a variety of cybersecurity domains.

Key responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Content Creation — Develop high-quality content for Passeca’s cybersecurity services and products, primarily targeting the European market. Create compelling one-pagers, presentations, website pages, case studies, service overviews, partner materials, and sales collateral tailored to the needs, challenges, and expectations of our customers and partners.
• Content Structuring & Storytelling — Transform complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling, and business-oriented messaging tailored for technical, executive, and decision-maker audiences.
• Multi-Channel Content Marketing — Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, website pages, email campaigns, presentations, webinars, partner communications, and other digital marketing channels.
• AI-Powered Content Production — Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content generation, adaptation, localization, and scaling of content production while maintaining high quality standards.
• Research & Thought Leadership — Collaborate with Passeca’s cybersecurity experts to create insightful content covering topics such as Penetration Testing, MDR, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Compliance, and emerging cyber threats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with cybersecurity specialists, management, designers, and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with business goals.
• Continuous Content Optimization — Improve existing content assets, refine messaging, and identify opportunities to increase engagement, lead generation, and partner enablement effectiveness.

What makes you a great fit

• 1+ years of B2B copywriter experience
• Strong written English (B2+/C1 preferred), German language skills will be considered a strong advantage
• Experience working in one of the following domains: cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise software
• Strong research, analytical, and content structuring skills
• Proven ability to create and adapt content for multiple formats and channels, including website pages, LinkedIn, presentations, one-pagers, partner-facing materials, and marketing collateral
• Strong practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content generation, research, adaptation, and scaling content production
• Experience managing LinkedIn content for B2B
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization principles
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals will be highly valued
