Recruiter (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent across the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and building strong talent pipelines for both business and technical roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean Search, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews in English and assess candidates' experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
   

Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Previous experience in iGaming is a must.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other recruiting tools.
• Experience hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, product, and business positions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong organizational skills.
