Product Manager IGaming

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the casino product end-to-end — defining where it goes, why it matters, and ensuring business metrics move in the right direction.

This role is focused on strategy, product discovery, and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with a Product Owner who manages backlog execution and delivery processes, while you remain responsible for product direction, market understanding, player behavior insights, and overall business performance.

You will own the health of the casino product, driving improvements across conversion, retention, monetization, and the overall player experience.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the casino vertical based on market research, player behavior, and competitive analysis.
• Conduct continuous product discovery through player research, behavioral analytics, transaction data, and game performance analysis.
• Build a deep understanding of player segments and identify the factors influencing user behavior and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and new gaming mechanics.
• Take ownership of core business KPIs, including NGR, GGR, conversion rates, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, reactivation rates, and bonus efficiency.
• Analyze revenue drivers and identify areas where payment fees, provider costs, bonuses, or chargebacks impact profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Retention and VIP teams to improve post-deposit engagement, repeat deposits, and long-term player value.
• Define hypotheses, launch A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Improve critical user journeys including onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, game discovery, personalization, and bonus experiences.
• Optimize wallet, multi-currency, and crypto payment experiences in collaboration with Payments and Compliance teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps and clearly defined product requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous optimization.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within iGaming.
• Hands-on experience working with crypto casino products.
• Deep understanding of casino products, bonus mechanics, slots, live casino, player lifecycle, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with funnels, cohorts, business metrics, and hypothesis validation.
• Ability to independently define product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Strong UX mindset and proven experience reducing friction in critical user flows.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and autonomy.
• Practical experience with SQL or direct access to analytics and back-office systems.
