Integration Architect (WorkApp)

What is the purpose of this position?
We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect with WorkApp experience for full-time (40 hours a week) cooperation. The approximate involvement duration is about a year. 

WorkApp is a Business Operating System designed to help companies organize, execute, measure, and continuously improve their work. This role focuses on leading the integration of WorkApp with the third-party systems customers rely on for communication, transactions, information management, and AI-powered tools.
 

In this role, you will be in charge of:

• Analyze customers' existing systems, data sources, and workflows to architect integrations between WorkApp and third-party platforms.
• Convert business needs into precise, actionable technical integration specs.
• Build integrations leveraging APIs, webhooks, middleware, and automation tools.
• Establish secure pathways for AI to access and utilize operational, transactional, and communication data.
• Create reusable integration frameworks, templates, and best-practice standards.
   

Technical qualifications you'll need to bring:

• 8+ years of experience in systems integration, solution architecture, enterprise applications, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with WorkApp.
• Strong background in integration platforms, middleware, and Cloud SaaS architecture.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and system-of-record design.
• Experience with event-driven workflows, error handling, and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Large Language Model capabilities, data privacy, and information security boundaries.
• B1 English level at least for day-to-day direct communication with the customer and his team. 
   

Nice to have:

• Coding or scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, ERP, accounting systems, HRIS, ATS, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with workflow automation, event-driven architecture, and identity and access management.
• Exposure to AI applications, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Interview process:

There is 1 internal interview step: HR interview. After its successful passing, you’ll have a series of interviews with a customer, including a technical and a culture fit.
