Junior User Acquisition Specialist / PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

Weβre looking for a Junior User Acquisition Specialist / PPC Specialist (Google Ads) to join our marketing team and support the day-to-day management and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and the UK.
Youβll work directly with our User Acquisition Lead, who will remain responsible for strategy and key decisions while helping you develop your technical and analytical skills.
π‘ This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their Google Ads expertise, work with meaningful products across European markets, and grow under the direct mentorship of an experienced User Acquisition Lead.
π― Your Impact Areas
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and the UK
- Work with Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns
- Support daily campaign operations, including budget and bid adjustments, audience management, search query analysis, and ad updates
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve user acquisition and Customer Acquisition Cost
- Review campaign settings carefully and ensure changes are implemented accurately
- Collaborate with the User Acquisition Lead, marketing designer, and analyst on creatives, hypotheses, and priorities
- Use AI tools to speed up data analysis, ad copy creation, and other routine tasks
- Identify opportunities to automate existing Google Ads workflows
- Gradually take ownership of assigned campaigns and markets
- Propose and test new optimization hypotheses as you grow into the role
π§ Your Superpower Stack
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Google Ads; 1+ year would be a strong advantage
- Practical experience with Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Experience working with web products, lead generation, subscription-based products, or mobile applications
- Understanding of core performance marketing metrics and the relationships between campaign actions and results
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets; experience with monthly budgets of $20,000β$40,000+ would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors before they affect campaign performance or budget
- Logical and analytical thinking β you make decisions based on data and can explain the reasoning behind them
- Willingness to work with routine and manual campaign tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Curiosity and persistence when investigating problems or unfamiliar topics
- Ability to acknowledge what you donβt know, ask thoughtful questions, and learn from feedback
- Openness to productive discussion - you can defend your point of view while remaining open to other perspectives
- Basic proficiency with AI tools for ad copy generation, data analysis, or workflow automation
- English level of B1 or higher
It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience with Demand Gen or Meta Ads
- Experience running campaigns in European markets
- Basic knowledge of GA4 or Looker Studio
- Experience with quiz funnels or a good understanding of how they differ from standard landing-page funnels
- Experience working in a performance marketing agency with lead generation, product, or app-based clients

- Short test assignment. A practical task designed to evaluate your Google Ads knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. It should take no more than one hour.
- Deep-dive interview with the User Acquisition Lead. A discussion about your test assignment, practical experience, approach to campaign management, and future potential.
- Final interview. A conversation with the marketing leadership team.
