Your responsibilities will include:
– Ensure a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
– Act as a strategic partner to managers and leaders, supporting team effectiveness, leadership development, and people-related decision-making.
– Drive employee engagement initiatives, identify retention risks, and implement actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
– Support performance management processes, talent development, performance reviews, and individual development planning (PDPs).
– Manage employee relations cases, resolve complex people-related situations, and mitigate organizational risks.
– Support workforce planning and help align team structures with business goals and future growth.
– Analyze HR metrics, employee feedback, and organizational trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
– Implement and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and best practices in line with business needs.
– Strengthen company culture, support organizational development initiatives, and facilitate change management across teams.

It’s a match if you have:
– 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or in a similar HR role.
– Experience supporting managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.
– Experience managing employee relations cases and providing practical guidance on people-related matters.
– Experience with performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices.
– Knowledge of performance management processes, PDPs, performance reviews, and talent development practices.
– Understanding of employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development principles.
– Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, identify trends and risks, and make data-driven recommendations.
– Experience preparing reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.

It will be a plus if you have:
– Experience working in fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations.
– Experience participating in organizational change or process improvement initiatives.
