3D Motion Designer

We are looking for a 3D Motion Designer to join our team!
Requirements
— Confident skills in Cinema 4D or Blender
— Experience with Redshift (or Octane)
— Strong working knowledge of After Effects
— Solid understanding of composition, lighting setups, and motion principles
— Ability to analyze a brief and elevate it through strong visuals
— Responsibility and independence in executing tasks
— Attention to detail and technical accuracy
Will be plus
- Experience with character rigging and animation (including facial/body rigging)
- Skills in modeling and sculpting
- Familiarity with Marvelous Designer / Substance / ZBrush
- AI Skills
Responsibilities
- Execute 3D projects based on prepared concepts and scripts
- Propose visual solutions that enhance the core idea of the scene
- Build 3D scenes: layout, lighting, cameras, materials
- Set up stylized or photorealistic renders (Redshift / Octane)
- Animate objects, cameras, and scenes with a strong sense of rhythm and composition
- Work in After Effects at a confident level: compositing, post-production, final assembly
- Maintain clean file structure and follow team production pipeline.
