Content Writer (custom B2B software solutions)

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer to help us communicate complex Software Development, Data Engineering and AI services to international B2B clients. 

This role goes far beyond writing blog posts. We are looking for someone who can transform technical expertise into clear, persuasive and commercially valuable content that supports marketing, lead generation and business growth. You will work closely with engineers, solution architects and the marketing team to create content that demonstrates our expertise while making complex technologies easy to understand for business decision-makers. 

We are open to both part-time and full-time collaboration depending on the candidate's experience and availability.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality commercial content for our website, including service pages, solution pages and landing pages.
• Write technical articles, case studies, whitepapers and other B2B marketing content.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and solution architects to understand technical concepts and transform them into clear business-oriented messaging.
• Conduct research on technologies, competitors and market trends.
• Develop content that supports SEO, lead generation and brand positioning.
• Review, fact-check and improve AI-generated drafts to ensure accuracy, originality and business value.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others) as part of your daily workflow while maintaining full ownership of the final result.
• Continuously improve existing website content based on business priorities and performance.
• Ensure consistency of tone of voice and messaging across all content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience for Software Development, IT Outsourcing, Data Engineering, AI or Cloud companies.
• Excellent written English (C1 or higher).
• Strong portfolio of commercial website pages, service pages, landing pages or technical content.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly to business audiences.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of SEO principles for commercial websites.
• Practical experience using AI writing tools professionally.
• Excellent editing skills and ability to significantly improve AI-generated content.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical specialists.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify technical accuracy.

   

Nice to have

• Experience in niches related to Web Scraping or Big Data
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating content that supports enterprise B2B sales.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools beyond ChatGPT (Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).

Note: We are not looking for someone who simply generates content using AI. We're looking for someone who knows how to combine AI with critical thinking, research, technical understanding and professional editing to create content that is genuinely useful, trustworthy and commercially effective.
