Position Overview

Design

• Define and evolve the website's overall visual language, design system, and component library.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, leadership) to translate business goals into user-centered experiences.

Implementation

• Create functional, responsive web pages using Lovable, ensuring pixel-level fidelity to design specs.
• Implement mobile-first layouts that perform well across devices and browsers.
• Integrate third-party tools and services (analytics, forms, CMS, marketing platforms) as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve visual, layout, or interaction issues that arise during and after development.

Content & Optimization

• Update content, imagery, and layouts based on business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in UX and performance.
• Monitor analytics and user feedback to prioritize iterative enhancements.

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products or websites.

• Hands-on experience building or maintaining websites on the Lovable platform (or demonstrated ability to rapidly adopt similar no-code/AI-assisted builders).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, or equivalent, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles, including grid systems, breakpoints, and fluid layouts.
• Excellent visual design skills: typography, color theory, spacing, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
• Experience conducting or participating in user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a self-directed manner.
