Mission of the Role

We're seeking a Marketing Performance Manager who owns our customer acquisition engine. You'll own the channels, the budget, and the results—turning every dollar spent into measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Acquisition Strategy

• Build and execute test-and-learn roadmaps to identify new growth levers
• Design audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting precision
• Develop attribution models that accurately connect spend to ticket purchases

Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize key metrics daily: CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency
• Lead A/B testing programs across creatives, landing pages, and messaging
• Scale winning campaigns while quickly killing underperformers
• Implement bid strategies and automation rules to maximize ROI

Sales Alignment

• Forecast demand by event type and seasonality
• Create predictive models linking marketing inputs to ticket sales outcomes
• Build dashboarding and reporting frameworks for executive visibility
• Translate performance insights into actionable sales enablement content

Budget Management

• Allocate and reallocate monthly ad budgets across channels based on performance
• Forecast channel capacity and identify growth ceilings before they hit
• Negotiate with media partners for premium placements and rate optimization.
