Affiliate Manager (Tier 1)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale the existing affiliate portfolio while building long-term partnerships.
• Communicate with affiliates via Telegram, email, and other communication channels.
• Support partners by resolving operational issues and providing ongoing assistance.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates into the partner program.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each affiliate.
• Participate in industry events, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetups.
• Prepare reports and analyze affiliate performance.
• Manage partner payouts and conduct weekly reconciliations.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the betting/gambling industry working with Tier 1 GEOs (AU, NZ) is a must.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with different types of partners.
• Experience working with reporting tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop effective solutions for affiliates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in sourcing and acquiring new affiliates.
• Ability to respond quickly to partner requests, including urgent situations.
• Experience working with top-performing affiliates.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
