Affiliate Manager (Tier 1)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale the existing affiliate portfolio while building long-term relationships with partners.
• Communicate promptly with affiliates via Telegram, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist partners in resolving operational and business-related issues.
• Recruit new affiliates to join the affiliate program.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each affiliate.
• Attend industry events, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetups.
• Maintain reports and performance analytics.
• Control affiliate payouts and conduct weekly reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in the betting and iGaming industry with Tier 1 GEOs (Australia & New Zealand).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with different types of partners.
• Experience working with reporting tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and propose effective solutions for partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Experience in sourcing and onboarding new affiliates/webmasters.
• Ability to respond quickly to partner requests, including urgent and time-sensitive situations.
• Experience working with top-tier affiliates/webmasters.
• English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
