Delivery Manager
Position Summary
The Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating multiple client engagements, managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, and serving as the primary communication bridge between clients and our technical teams.
This is not a hands-on cybersecurity engineering role.
Instead, you will ensure projects stay organized, clients receive proactive communication, deadlines are managed realistically, and scope changes are properly documented and communicated.
Our engineers and compliance specialists handle the technical work—you ensure everything gets delivered successfully.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent client projects from initiation through delivery.
Track milestones, deliverables, and project schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify risks before deadlines are missed.
Coordinate daily with cybersecurity engineers, AI MDR analysts, SOC personnel, and compliance specialists.
Communicate project status, risks, and schedule updates to clients.
Ensure clients are informed immediately when project scope or timelines change.
Coordinate internal meetings and follow up on action items.
Maintain project documentation and status reports.
Identify scope changes and work with leadership to adjust timelines or project plans.
Ensure no client is surprised by missed deadlines or lack of communication.
Escalate issues early and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of project coordination, delivery management, or client success experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with technical teams while communicating with non-technical clients.
Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience working for an MSP, MSSP, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology consulting company.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as SOC, MDR, SIEM, cloud security, or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.).
Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
Success in This Role
You will be successful if:
Clients always know the current status of their projects.
Deadlines are proactively managed rather than missed.
Scope changes are identified and communicated immediately.
Internal teams stay aligned on priorities.
Deliverables are completed on schedule—or schedule changes are communicated well in advance.
Engineers spend more time delivering technical work and less time managing project communication.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who naturally takes ownership, follows through on commitments, communicates proactively, and keeps projects moving. You should be comfortable working with multiple clients, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
If you’re the person who always knows what needs to happen next—and makes sure everyone else does too—we’d love to hear from you.
