About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Systems Engineer with solid experience across on-premises and cloud environments, backup and recovery solutions, and Microsoft 365 administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning — including independently pursuing relevant certifications, licensing, and training to stay current with evolving technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve client issues received through the internal ticketing system in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage Citrix infrastructure connecting to VDI and Terminal Server environments.
• Administer and maintain enterprise devices and servers, including software updates, system configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Active Directory, Teams, and related services.
• Develop, document, and maintain Group Policy settings aligned with organizational security standards.
• Create and update IT procedures, standards, and operational documentation as required.
• Execute backup and recovery operations for critical organizational systems and services in compliance with defined recovery objectives; document all actions and resolutions thoroughly.
• Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation including configuration guides and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure systems.
• Strong proficiency in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and storage devices.
• Active Directory administration: user/group management, Group Policy, and domain controller configuration.

• Microsoft 365 administration, including: Managing Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and mail flow rules.

      Administering SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document libraries.
      Managing Teams environments including policies, channels, and guest access.
      Handling user lifecycle in Microsoft 365: provisioning, licensing, and deprovisioning.
      Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional access and MFA.

• Monitoring and responding to alerts via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Security & Compliance portal.
• Solid hands-on experience with backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.

• Skilled in monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies.

   

Technologies

• Operating Systems: Windows Server and Windows environments; Linux familiarity is a plus.
• Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS.
• Scripting: PowerShell ; Bash is a plus.
• Familiarity with Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Barracuda Email Gateway for spam filtering, email security, and data protection.
• Experience implementing and managing firewall and intrusion detection systems.
• Active Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-800) or willingness to obtain them.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure for the company and its clients.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Implement security measures to protect network systems from cyber threats.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise-wide projects and infrastructure upgrades. 
• Process network related parts of projects at a scheduled time.
• Perform network capacity planning and optimize performance.
• Maintain and update documentation for network maps/diagrams, configurations and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot any network outages, based on 24/7 rotation schedule
   

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security.
• Experience with CheckPoint, FortiGate, or other networking hardware.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (Zabbix, LogicMonitor, Prometeus, etc…) .
• Knowledge of cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as FCP, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English.
• 24/7 availability for any network outages, according to on-call rotation schedule
