Senior AI Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior AI Product Designer to help build AI-powered products that transform how thousands of people work every day.

As a Senior AI Product Designer, you'll design AI-native products—from conversational interfaces and agentic workflows to scalable design patterns used across enterprise platforms. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to build intuitive, trustworthy experiences that make complex technology feel simple.

This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence over product direction, design quality, and user experience.

What you'll do in this role  

• Own the end-to-end design of AI-powered products and experiences.
• Design conversational interfaces and agentic AI workflows that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
• Create rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proof of concepts to validate ideas quickly.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI specialists, and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy and delivery.
• Build and evolve reusable components and patterns within an AI-first design system.
• Design assistant behaviors, conversation flows, safety mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design across products.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, user-centered experiences.
• Contribute to design documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
• Mentor teammates by sharing knowledge and promoting modern AI design practices.

We're looking for

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong focus on Product Design or UX.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or LLM-based products.
• Strong understanding of Conversational UX, including dialogue flows, error recovery, escalation paths, and assistant behaviors.
• Experience designing agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop interactions.
• A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end product design, and AI-driven experiences.
• Experience creating prototypes and validating ideas in fast-paced product environments.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining Design Systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English for daily communication.
• Curiosity, ownership, and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI technologies.

How to knock our socks off

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience building AI assistants or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience working with large-scale Design Systems.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, including transparency, privacy, trust, and safety.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development or prototyping tools.
• Experience with service design or customer journey mapping.
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
