Sales Manager (German language speaking)

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for conducting negotiations, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on closing deals and delivering consistent results
• Experience in negotiations with C-level stakeholders and the ability to sell value rather than compete solely on price
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset and ability to achieve ambitious targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes
• Proficiency in the German language at B2 level or higher. English would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
• Sales cycle management: managing the full sales cycle from receiving a qualified lead to closing the deal
• Presentations and demos: conducting product/service presentations and demonstrations, communicating value and benefits to potential clients
• Negotiations: leading negotiations, handling objections, and agreeing on cooperation terms
• Commercial proposals: preparing and presenting tailored commercial offers
• Contract management: supporting the contract signing process
• Market and competitor analysis: monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management
• CRM management: ensuring timely and accurate data entry on opportunities, deal stages, and communications in CRM
• Sales forecasting: building and regularly updating sales forecasts
• Reporting: preparing regular reports on sales performance and target achievement
• Collaboration with Account Managers: handing over closed deals for remaining with clients
