💼 About The Role
Physician's Choice is looking for a passionate, analytical, and results-driven Retail Planning Manager to join us on our mission of becoming the #1 Gut Health Brand in the US.
As our Retail Planning Manager, you will own inventory planning and retail demand execution across our rapidly expanding omnichannel business. You will ensure the right inventory is available at the right place, at the right time, while balancing customer service, inventory investment, production capacity, and business priorities.

This role partners closely with Sales, Amazon, Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and our contract manufacturing partners. You'll translate customer demand into executable inventory plans supporting both retail partners and ecommerce channels.

Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
📈 5+ years of experience in Retail Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, or within the CPG industry.
🛒 Experience supporting large national retailers such as Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, or similar accounts.
📦 Strong understanding of retail replenishment, demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
💼 Experience working in omnichannel businesses supporting both Retail and Ecommerce operations is preferred.
📊 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
⚙️ Experience with ERP systems, planning software, and BI tools is preferred.
🤝 Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
🌍 Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do
📦 Retail Demand & Inventory Planning
• Own inventory planning and forecasting across key retail partners (Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, CVS, HEB, Rite Aid, iHerb, Vitacost, etc.).
• Maintain healthy inventory levels while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Align production plans with customer demand and inventory needs.

🛒 Omnichannel Inventory Strategy
• Manage inventory allocation across Retail, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, DTC, and Wholesale.
• Optimize inventory distribution to maximize sales and profitability.
• Recommend allocation strategies during supply constraints.

🎯 Retail Execution & Customer Readiness
• Ensure inventory readiness for launches, promotions, and seasonal programs.
• Monitor retailer service metrics, scorecards, and inventory performance.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans.

📊 Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Lead demand planning inputs for the monthly S&OP process.
• Present forecasts, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

📈 Forecasting & Analytics
• Track key KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and OTIF.
• Analyze sales trends, demand drivers, and forecast performance.
• Build reports, dashboards, and planning models to support decision-making.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Planning teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Communicate inventory risks and recovery plans across stakeholders.

⚡ Continuous Improvement
• Enhance forecasting processes and planning methodologies.
• Develop SOPs, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Support ERP and planning system improvements.
