Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help expand our presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present SSI's services to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycleβ€”from the first contact to contract signing.
  • Prepare commercial proposals together with our technical team.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
  • Experience selling software development, Team Extension, or IT consulting services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+/C1).
  • German would be a strong advantage.
