Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help expand our presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls and present SSI's services to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycleβfrom the first contact to contract signing.
- Prepare commercial proposals together with our technical team.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
- Experience selling software development, Team Extension, or IT consulting services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+/C1).
- German would be a strong advantage.
