We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our team and work on a SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. The product helps restaurants manage reservations, customer relationships, and online bookings while ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial experience with .NET / C#
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Application Insights, Key Vault)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, query optimization, and database performance tuning
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
• Experience working with cloud-based applications in production
• Experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Would be an asset

• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS)
• Experience with payment integrations
• Experience with high-load SaaS products
• Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Optimize application and database performance
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Upgrade frameworks, libraries, and Azure services
• Integrate third-party services and payment providers
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in code reviews

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to help expand our presence in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls and present SSI's services to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from the first contact to contract signing.
• Prepare commercial proposals together with our technical team.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
• Experience selling software development, Team Extension, or IT consulting services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2+/C1).
• German would be a strong advantage.

Your Mission

As Director of Sales, you will own the company's revenue growth across Europe.Working directly with the founders, you will define the go-to-market strategy, develop strategic partnerships, optimize sales processes and eventually build a high-performing sales organization.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute SSI's commercial strategy.
• Develop the go-to-market plan for the DACH market.
• Identify new growth opportunities and market segments.
• Establish strategic partnerships across Europe.

Revenue Growth

• Own the company's revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Negotiate high-value software development and consulting agreements.
• Develop key accounts and long-term customer relationships.

Sales Organization

• Design scalable sales processes and KPIs.
• Improve CRM and sales forecasting.
• Hire, coach and lead the future sales team.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to maximize pipeline generation.

Executive Collaboration

• Work directly with the founders on business strategy.
• Represent SSI at executive meetings, conferences and industry events.
• Contribute to pricing, positioning and service portfolio development.
   

We're Looking For:

• 8+ years in B2B technology sales.
• 3+ years in a Sales Director, VP Sales or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience selling IT consulting, software development or digital transformation services.
• Successful experience entering or growing the DACH market.
• Proven track record of building predictable revenue growth.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (C1+).
